Breaded Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells | Large pasta shells stuffed to the gills with strips of breaded chicken and mozzarella cheese, lightly topped with marinara sauce and baked until warm and gooey

Peter and I had a VERY eventful weekend this past weekend. Normally, you could assume that I’m being facetious, but this time, I’m completely serious. You see, our dog Charlie, who is more like our first child (seriously, this bun in the oven is gonna be lucky if it gets half as much attention as Charlie does), ended up in the emergency animal hospital overnight on Saturday night. One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Soup

I doubt you guys spend as much time as I do in the spice aisle of the grocery store (hint: it’s a lot). But if you did, you might notice that McCormick came out with these spice blends called “Perfect Pinch” a while ago. I happened upon them a couple of months ago and was so excited that I basically bought all of the varieties I could find. The problem was, most of the recipes I make call for specific herbs and spices as opposed to blends, with the exception of Italian blend seasoning, which I use all the time. So I haven’t gotten a whole lot of use out of them yet. Continue reading
